Custom Manufacturing

All Horizon Wheels products are custom-built to order based on customer-approved designs and specifications.

Our estimated production and fulfillment timeline is approximately 60–90 days after final design approval and payment of the remaining balance.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, material availability, custom finishes, and order complexity.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $285 per complete set of four wheels within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations requires a separate quote before the order is finalized.

Shipping and Delivery

Once production is complete and the wheels have passed final quality inspection, the order will be prepared for shipment.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier transit times vary depending on destination and shipping conditions. Production timelines do not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage is discovered, please contact Horizon Wheels within 7 days and provide photographs of the packaging and affected wheels.

Shipping Delays

Horizon Wheels is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist customers with shipping-related concerns whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses or requested delivery changes may apply.
